owned, 25-acre barge loading/unloading facility.
RAIL: The CSX Mainline serves
the JCM&IC, and spurs are available to serve
sites throughout the center.
HIGHWAY: WV Route 2 accesses
I-77 just 6 miles from JCM&IC's entrance. The
area is served by 33 major motor freight
carriers.
AIR: Jackson County Airport,
with a 4,000 foot general aviation runway, is
just one-half mile from JCM&IC. Wood and
Kanawha County airports, the nearest commercial
facilities, are each 45 miles away.
UTILITIES: A 138 KV, 3-phase
power line provide electricity to the park, and
a 4" line supplies natural gas. PUBLIC water
is pumped to the centre through a 10" line.
Fiber optic TELEPHONE cables and digital
switching are available for all of your
communication needs.

ports, Jackson County Maritime & Industrial
Centre encourages private ownership, if that
best matches your needs. The entire park has
been divided into generous lots. A "level 1"
environmental site assessment and an
archeological study have been completed. A
